Overview
At the eastern end of the farm, near the stream that marks the boundary of the property, stands “Al Magrini”, a cottage surrounded by vines and olive trees. In this silent valley, guests have access to a private garden facing south-east, where they can have lunch outside among the rose bushes and a swimming pool (10 x 4 m.), always for exclusive use, equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. The house has two entrances: one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
Ground Floor: living room with television, dining room, kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a large pantry.
First Floor: The large atrium leads to the two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) and the three bedrooms, two doubles and one double.
The Magrini is equipped with dishes and kitchenware, table, bed and bath linens, which, for guests staying for more than a week, are changed every Friday. Pool towels are not provided. Some hours of domestic service are included in the price. The house also has an independent heating system and an independent telephone line with a metering device.
