Overview
Villa Teto, located in the western part of the estate, since April 2011 has returned after many years to be part of the Fattoria di Fubbiano. Situated in a magnificent panoramic position overlooking the Lucca plain and the Pisan Mountains, Villa Teto is surrounded by the farm’s vineyards and olive groves and has its own private garden and a large swimming pool (5×12 m.).
The house is on three levels. The ground floor houses the living area: a large open space with large dining table, sofas, TV, DVD player, stereo, an open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), a bathroom and a laundry room.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two double and one single, and two large bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
The second floor, however, is composed of a small living room with sofa, TV and stereo, two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Villa Teto can accommodate up to 10 people.
