L’Orto is a spacious apartment on three levels and is adjacent to the old farm cellar.
It overlooks a small garden with table, chairs and barbecue. Guests staying there have access to a swimming pool (shared with other apartments) with sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrellas.
Ground floor: entrance hall and small laundry room with washing machine.
First Floor: large kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher.
Second Floor: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower in separate compartments, a large and bright living room with fireplace and television and a splendid view to the West over the Plain of Lucca and the vineyards of Fubbiano.
The house is equipped with dishes and dishes, table, bath and bed linen, which, for guests staying for more than a week, is changed every Friday. Pool towels are not provided and some housekeeping hours are included in the price. L’Orto is also equipped with an independent gas heating system with meter and is connected to the farm switchboard by a telephone system with a private number

The apartment is also available for one night only.
It is possible to request breakfast at the farmhouse.
