Villa Teto, located in the western part of the estate, since April 2011 has returned after many years to be part of the Fattoria di Fubbiano. Located in a magnificent panoramic position overlooking the plain of Lucca and the Pisan Mountains, Villa Teto is surrounded by the farm’s vineyards and olive groves and has its own private garden and a large swimming pool (5×12 m.).

The house is on three levels. The ground floor houses the living area: a large open space with large dining table, sofas, TV, DVD player, stereo, an open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), a bathroom and a laundry room.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two double and one single, and two large bathrooms with shower and bathtub.

The second floor, on the other hand, consists of a small living room with sofa, TV and stereo, two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Villa Teto can accommodate up to 10 people.
