At the guided tastings that we organize at the farm we not only let you taste our DOC wines and our EVO oil, but we take you on a journey through their history and their places of production.

How does it work? We start with a visit to the oldest part of the farm, and then continue in the new cellar, where we explain how the winemaking process works, from receiving the grapes to refining the wines in the barrique cellar. If the weather permits, we will also take you to visit the vineyards, where it all begins.

To end on a high note, we then guide you through the tasting of the products, accompanied by tastings of cheeses and cured meats from local producers.
