At the eastern end of the farm, near the stream that marks the boundary of the property, stands “Al Magrini”, a rustic cottage surrounded by vines and olive trees. In this quiet valley, guests have a private southeast-facing garden, where they can dine al fresco among the rose bushes, and a swimming pool (10 x 4 m.), also for their exclusive use, equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers.
The house has two entrances: one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor.

Ground floor: living room with TV, dining room, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large pantry.

First Floor: The large atrium leads to the two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) and the three bedrooms, two doubles and one double.

The Magrini is equipped with dishes and kitchenware, table, bed and bath linens, which, for guests staying for more than a week, are changed every Friday. Pool towels are not provided. Some hours of domestic service are included in the price. The house also has an independent heating system and an independent telephone line with a metering device.
